Adam is an innovation practice leader experienced in crafting and executing innovation strategies, applying Design Thinking, and fostering creative and collaborative cultures in organizations. He is an expert in idea management platforms and crowdsourcing strategies, and skilled in identifying new product opportunities, emerging technologies and improvements. As a strong proponent of Design Thinking, Adam believes in deeply understanding what people do, why they do it, and how technology can help.
Adam delivers Innovation and Design Thinking workshops globally and has been facilitating numerous Design Thinking and Creativity sessions to solve clients’ business problems resulting in product, service and business model innovations.
Most recently, Adam has been leading the growth of the Design Thinking practice at BEYONDigital-HCL and embedding it into the overall corporate engagement model. His previous experience includes being Sr. Director of Innovation at GS1, Director of Innovation & Applications at L’Oreal R&I, and Associate Director of Innovation & Applied Technologies at Sanofi R&D.
In the past year, Adam created successful business model for a Virtual Reality business, operated revenue generating HTC Vive Virtual Reality arcade (rcadeVR.com), and created HTC Vive VR game ‘The Last Sorcerer’.
Adam owns a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, a M.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York (Binghamton), an M.B.A. from Walden University, and an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Business Graduate Certificate from Stanford University.
