Manager, Innovation & Strategy, Sydney Trains (Transport for NSW)
Jacqueline Linke is the Manager of Innovation & Strategy for Sydney Trains developing and designing an implementation strategy for innovation across the enterprise of Sydney Trains.
She has many years experience as an Executive coach, and Innovation Facilitator consulting in the public and private sectors throughout the Asia Pacific region. She has worked as innovator of operationally efficient solutions for National and State government organisations as well as major companies including law firms, major hospitals and health companies, banks and retail. Her previous position was as Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach for Transport for NSW.
Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Dramatic Art from the National Institute of Dramatic Art. She worked in theatre performing throughout Australia and in New York, Dublin, Edinburgh and London before transferring her skills to the corporate arena.
As a consultant Jacqueline applied her artistic filter to designing and delivering experiences to optimise employee performance and achieve organisational objectives. Her skills and experience lie in all aspects of soft skills behavioural training; leadership, innovation, customer service, client relationships, communication skills, public speaking, story telling, executive presence, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
Jacqueline’s approach is to bring together the art (observation, simulations and practise for skills transference) and science (theories and well researched data) to enhance and build people, energised by enabling others to make positive behavioural changes. Doing things differently and better in their lives and workplace.
Jacqueline is currently embedding a culture of innovation and mobilising the collective potential of Sydney Trains. “Putting Innovation on Rails”. People and culture are the core of successful innovation and Jacqueline is passionate about empowering the people of transport.
