Kelly began her career reading Theatre Studies at Manchester University and trained professionally as an actor at The Arden School of Theatre. This marked the beginning of an eclectic career. After several years of working in banking and finance management, Kelly was inspired to transfer her skills to the Pharmaceutical Industry where she now has 16 years of sales, marketing and innovation leadership experience.
Five years ago Kelly joined Pfizer’s World Wide Innovation Team as the company launched its successful global innovation program, ‘Dare to Try’. Embedding the program across Pfizer has proven to be Kelly’s most exciting and rewarding career journey to date. Today, she now has a wealth of experience in successfully driving cultural change and building the innovation capabilities of colleagues across a large global corporation.
With her experience and passion Kelly has become a regular host of Pfizer’s global Ex Innovation Conference and has enjoyed sharing her experiences as a speaker at external conventions.
