Her team, called techSpring, functions like a lean start-up and makes connections between emerging technologies and the Oil & Gas business for the purpose of game-changing enhancements in efficiency, quality and safety. techSpring engages in technology scouting, concept design and agile prototyping in order to create the nucleus (non-optimized, working prototype) for which formal teams can crystalize around for further development and optimization.
